To care for your hair during stressful times is more important than any other.Why is this? Because stress puts an added factor that could have some of you loosing your hair. When your diet is healthier, your hair is healthier. The same rule applies to the products you use. Eliminating fried foods, fatty foods and sugar allows you to nourish your body with the right foods. Your hair will respond accordingly based on the nutrients it gets from your body.
